My art is an extension of my soul and my work has switched to being more journalistic to give non-native people an idea on what a contemporary Native person is and what their work can look like. My work primarily focuses on my culture, my community, and an exploration of different relationships. Bringing proper representation to my culture through my work is something very crucial to my art and something I am trying to actively work on improving.
